Denise Morgan

A long time resident of Circular Head, Denise has worked for the firm in the Smithton office for the past 18 years after working in the manufacturing and processing industries.

Denise successfully combined operating their family taxi business, and the busy conveyancing section of the Smithton practice for many years.

Denise particularly enjoys the greater level of customer contact involvement in a regional office, and her “open door” approach is very much appreciated by clients who frequently drop in for a progress report.

Denise specialises in all aspects of conveyancing work, including both residential and rural conveyancing and has experience in:

Preparing and settling contracts
Dealing with banks, real estate agents, local government authorities, the State Revenue Office and the Land Titles Office.

Denise is a member of the local Folk Art Association, local Book Club and enjoys dressmaking, quilting and travelling.

Denise is married with three adult sons and a granddaughter.
