Tonya has been employed by McLean McKenzie & Topfer as a paralegal since December 1998 and has worked in the industry since 1988.

Tonya has a comprehensive understanding of all conveyancing issues and has conducted conveyancing courses for other conveyancing clerks on behalf of TAFE.

Tonya specialises in residential conveyancing and securities, as well as estate administration. She has experience in:

• Preparing and settling contracts
• Preparing probate and letters of administration documents for lodgement with the Supreme Court
• Dealing with banks, real estate agents, local government authorities, the State Revenue Office and the Land Titles Office

Tonya prides herself on keeping her clients informed and up to date with the progress of their files. She likes to ensure all transactions are completed on time with little stress and inconvenience to her clients.

Tonya is married and has a daughter and two adult step children. She enjoys reading, gardening, listening to music and running her daughter to soccer and futsal matches.
