Colin graduated in law from the University of Tasmania in 1982, and was admitted to practice in 1983. He joined the firm in 1986 and became a partner in July 1989. He also works regularly in Launceston and King Island.

Colin practises in the areas of:

• Commercial disputes
• Industrial accidents and workers compensation
• General insurance claims
• Criminal law
• Discrimination and guardianship cases
• General court work

He is Deputy President of the Guardianship and Administration Board of Tasmania and a board member of Ability Tasmania Group.

Married with two sons and enjoys sailing, motorcycling and bushwalking.
